We’re proud to share that our team, led by Lindsay Barron LaBonte, has joined HMA Mortgage—a forward-thinking mortgage company that brings modern tools and flexible loan programs while honoring our deep-rooted local relationships.

Our team now includes:

• Lindsay Barron LaBonte & Todd Barron’s Applied Mortgage/Western MA team, serving the region since 1987

• Bob Petrelli‘s Mount Vernon/Eastern MA team, with roots back to 1982

Together, we've helped more than 18,000 homeowners and will continue to serve our clients with the same dedication under the Applied Mortgage name—now with even more resources.
