What People Are Saying
“Before working with HarborOne we had had a last-minute failed mortgage with another bank and were in a fairly desperate situation and at risk to lose our home. We worked with Ryan Footit and he not only jumped into action and saved our situation, he also ensured we closed a week sooner than we'd been promised (which was already a very tight deadline). I cannot possibly describe how grateful we are to Ryan and HarborOne for helping us salvage our home purchase and close in record time. Thank you! We will recommend you to everyone we know!!”

“Ryan was so great to work with. My husband and I just moved out to Western Mass from NYC and had a great experience with Ryan. He was good at his job, clear and patient at communicating with us and explaining all the systems we didn't know about so we fully understood what would take place and how things would work. He was very responsive and would work around our crazy schedule at times, always being gracious and helpful.
We even fell out on the first house we wanted to buy and he stuck with us and was glad we didn't purchase something that wasn't good for us and we just adjusted everything when we found the house that we now own.
We would highly recommend Ryan!”

“Ryan was amazing to work with during the loan origination process. He was very efficient and responsive to all my questions and needs. I highly recommend his services. He made the process from start to finish stress-free. He worked with me while also explaining everything in a great detailed manner to ensure I was getting the best opportunity for my loan. After everything was completed I was very satisfied how everything worked out.”
