Ann Bigos

Ann is a key part of our team as our Customer Care Specialist. With a background in advertising coupled with experience as both a loan officer and loan processor, Ann understands the process soup to nuts. Ann’s favorite part of working with the Applied Mortgage Team is that we treat everyone as our extended family and make them feel at home. If you have a question, Ann is there to guide you to the right resource. Ann was born, raised, and resides in Western Massachusetts. Her biggest joy is her Family! Ann has two grown boys as well as a blended family and enjoys spending time with them all.  Ann has welcomed two grandbabies who have brought so much joy. In Ann’s spare time, she enjoys decorating her home and spending time outdoors.  Ann hopes to get back to spending time at the hockey rinks with the next generation of her family.
