Todd Barron
Todd Barron is native of the Pioneer Valley who returned after college with his wife Andrea to raise a family and work in the mortgage business. Todd met Andrea in Boston where they both were working after he graduated from Brandeis University.
Todd first started to work in Real Estate while in the Boston area. His first venture in Western MA was with his brother when they opened a Real Estate office in Pittsfield in 1986. While working in this agency, Todd met a World War II Marine veteran who had just opened up a new mortgage business. Todd joined his company in 1987 and began his long-term commitment to help home buyers find mortgage financing that was truly in their best interests.

Lindsay LaBonte
Hello and nice to “meet” you! Since you’re visiting my page, you probably already know that I’m a Mortgage Loan Originator, so we can get that formality out of the way! My branch in Northampton, MA is known as the Applied Mortgage team and we’re a part of a New England based mortgage company/Bank called HarborOne. Our branch was founded by my dad Todd Barron and we have helped over 6000 homeowners since 1987.
I joined my dad in 2006 so I can only claim part of the credit, however I was individually ranked #1 Loan Originator in Hampshire County by Banker & Tradesman through December 2018 and into 2019 through September of 2019! That means I helped the most clients into homes out of all other loan officers in Hampshire County during those time periods. I’m very proud of that accomplishment and I’d love to help you with your home ownership goals, as well! One of my favorite part of my jobs is helping my clients see the big picture and arrange their home ownership situation into their overall life goals.
John Martin
John started in the mortgage business in 1992 immediately after going through the process of buying his own home. He has become an experienced loan officer working with every type of mortgage and in locations all over the state of Massachusetts, specializing in Hampshire and Franklin counties.
John works to educate borrowers, make them comfortable, get them qualified and help them through the entire home purchase or refinance process, from finding the right home to closing. He has a proven ability to work with local realtors, attorneys, and other real estate professionals to make the process smoother and easier for every client. John has also spent a number of years working as a controller and compliance officer giving him a unique perspective of every phase of the business.
Ryan Footit
Ryan joined the HarborOne Mortgage team in May of 2016 with a background in sales. He is from the Western Mass area, having grown up just down the road in Belchertown.
He attended UMass Amherst where he earned his undergrad degree. He also is a board member of the Young Professionals of Amherst and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampshire County. Outside of the office, Ryan can be found playing golf, hockey and enjoying a wide variety of outdoor activities.

Nicole Laurie
Nicole joined the Applied Mortgage team in April of 2015 with a background in retail management. Nicole quickly caught on to the mortgage industry and plays many roles including training processors, assisting originators, as well as originating her own loans.
She grew up in Western Mass and now lives with her family in Northampton. She attended Western New England University for her undergraduate degree. Outside of the office, you can find Nicole spending time with her family, taking care of her garden, or at the hockey rink cheering on her son.
Jessica Lamothe
My mission is to provide you with exceptional customer service. As a partner with you in the home financing process, I will provide you with updated market information and a variety of lending programs to meet your individual needs.
In addition, I am committed to keeping you informed throughout the loan process, and am here to answer questions, explain options and eliminate hassles and worry along the way.
Jeff Lapointe
Jeff is excited to be a part of the Applied Mortgage team! Jeff has been working in banking for over 14 years, having spent the last 5 years working in the mortgage industry. Transitioning into the origination side of the business has been a goal of his and he feels he has found a great fit with the team here at Applied Mortgage. Jeff lives in Northfield with his wife and son and loves snowboarding and playing guitar in his free time!
Ann Bigos
I spent 12 years in advertising as an Account Manager and decided to make a career change into the Mortgage Industry. I took the challenge and ran with it, working my way to the position of Loan Officer. I’m so excited to be HOME at Applied Mortgage in the Processor role. It’s such a pleasure to work with a professional team that values both family and community.
Susan Peters
Susan is an experienced loan originator who loves working with folks who are trying to buy a home. First time homebuyers are her absolute favorites! She has been a loan originator since 2006 and has been with HarborOne since it merged with Mount Vernon Mortgage several years ago. Susan currently lives in Plymouth with her husband of 44 years.
Robert Petrelli
Bob Petrelli has made his career in mortgage lending and banking, helping people achieve the dream of homeownership for over 35 years. Prior to joining the team at HarborOne Mortgage (formerly known as Merrimack Mortgage) in 2017, Bob founded Mount Vernon Mortgage Corporation in Weymouth, Massachusetts with the goal of providing homebuyers and homeowners a broad range of mortgage financing options combined with a customer-oriented community focus.
Bob Petrelli, Jr.
Bringing with him twenty years of experience in mortgage lending, Bob joined Merrimack Mortgage Company in 2017. Prior to joining the HarborOne team, Bob was the Vice President of Mount Vernon Mortgage Corporation in Weymouth, Massachusetts, where he worked with clients as a Mortgage Consultant, managed investor relationships and operations, and oversaw the Processing and Closing departments for Mount Vernon. Prior to having children, outside the office, he coached for the Weymouth Youth Soccer and serves on its Board of Directors. Now he spends most of his free time with his young daughters, Mia 4 and Lila 2. Bob earned a degree in Finance from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.
