It’s time to close on my home, what do I do now?

The closing day is finally here!  You had your offer accepted, you established your team of professionals, you made it through the home inspection and the appraisal of the property, and we’ve completed the underwriting review.  You are now ready to close on your home.  On the day of closing you’ll typically complete a walk through of the property and then go to your Attorney’s office to sign the paperwork. Be sure you’ve contacted your Realtor and Attorney to set up these final meetings.  And don’t forget to put the utilities in your own name effective the day of closing! Congratulations!
